- 150g coconut flour
- 100g whey protein powder (*I used strawberry white chocolate)
- 30g cacao nibs
- 2 tsp maca powder (*I used maca because I didn't have matcha)
- 400ml can of coconut milk
- Grated desiccated coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Mix dry ingredients together. Then pour in coconut milk little by little until the doughy mixture comes together. Roll into balls and coat with grated dried coconut.
