This is my mother-in-law's super simple, hearty, traditional French tart.

- Shortcrust pie pastry (*I buy ready-made pastry. In French: pâte brisée.)
- Traditional French mustard with grains
- 5 large tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Emmental cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Put your pastry into a pie baking pan. Cover the bottom with grainy mustard. Spread the sliced tomatoes on the pastry and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and top with emmental cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done.
