DIRECTIONS
For the mug cake
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g or ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 5 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened raw cacao powder
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
For the chocolate frosting
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp unsweetened raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp muscovado or coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp water
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together in a big mug or a bowl. Put into the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Results vary depending on microwave, so play it by ear til you get desired doneness and cake has risen well.
- Cover with cacao frosting and serve.
