INGREDIENTS
150g (1 pot) Greek yoghurt
100g (1 pot) Fromage blanc
*You can use whatever yoghurt you want. I like mixing these two, sometimes I use 2 pots of fromage blanc.
70g (less than 2/3 cup) Oat flour
2 egg whites
Vanilla extract (optional)
Coconut oil / butter for greasing the pan
Toppings
Dark choco chips or cacao nibs (optional)
Almond butter, fresh fruits to create a variety of flavours
DIRECTIONS

Coconut oil / butter for greasing the pan

DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together except coconut oil/butter.
- Very lightly grease the pan with coconut oil or butter.
- Make tiny pancakes about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- To create flavoured pancakes, add either chocolate chips/cacao nibs, almond butter or fresh fruits into the batter while one side is cooking. Then flip to cook the other side.
- Serve with toppings or dips of your choice.
