- 225g jumbo oats
- 350g mashed bananas
- 60g maple or date syrup
- 4½ tbsp raw unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 scoop protein powder, optional
- 375ml oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Slivered almonds to sprinkle on top
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180C or 356F. Line a 8" x 9" tin. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a lined tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry when the cake is poked. Sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
